OCMS Dress Code

OCMS Dress Code Policy

  • Dress Code checks are conducted every morning in first period.
  • All Dress Code violators will be monitored and consequences given for repeat offenders.
  • A parent/guardian will be contacted regarding the violation and consequence.

The Dress Code Policy is as follows:

  1. Head coverings of any kind are prohibited while on campus.
  2. Student ID's and lanyards MUST be worn daily while in attendance at school or any function.
  3. Logos must be no larger than a quarter. Writing (other than OCMS attire) is not permitted on shirts or pants.
  4. Holes or rips in any clothing are prohibited.
  5. P.E. uniforms are ONLY to be worn in P.E.


  • Polo style shirts or t-shirts - Plain, Patterns, and Stripes are permitted (no graphics/designs, writing, or images). Manufacturer's logos are permissible if they measure one square inch or smaller.
  • Official Osceola Creek Middle School clothing/T-shirts are permissible.
  • Shirts that reveal waistline, midriff or that are see-through are prohibited.


  • Must be solid color pants/jeans or solid color shorts and skirts that are at least fingertip length.
  • All pants and shorts must be worn at the waist. (No sagging below the waist and no revealing of any undergarments, whether it is boxers or shorts.)
  • Tights, yoga pants, jeggings, and leggings are prohibited.


  • Appropriate shoes must be worn at all times (Sandals, backless shoes, high heels, flip flops, open-toed shoes or slippers are not allowed.)
